I have served as a chemistry teacher and have worked with every level of student. 

Adoption of Learning Management System - I helped to choose and pilot a new learning management system. This involved eight months of interviewing various contractors, working with teachers and administrators, choosing a new platform and piloting the platform as a teacher and an early adaptor. 

Standards Based Grading - I was the first in our department to research and implement standards based grading as an assessment tool for all of my classes.
